Valley Youth are heading to Camp Lebanon in January for a winter retreat!
Students in grades 6-12 will head up to camp Jan 16-18.

Generosity opportunity: The actual cost per student for this retreat is $125. Someone in our church has generously offered to subsidize the cost of this retreat to make it more affordable to families, which is resulting in the payment options above being $80 per student. We are so thankful!

If your family would like to maximize that generosity for others and cover the full cost for your student, please choose "Generosity Opportunity" above and enter the full amount ($125 for 1 student, $250 for 2 students,etc) for your student(s). Thank you!

By submitting this form, I am acknowledging the following:
1) My student(s) will be transported to and from Camp Lebanon by VCC staff and/or volunteers. All volunteers have passed background checks. 
2) My student(s) will be kind and loving on this trip, obeying trip leaders to the best of their ability for the sake of keeping everyone safe. I understand that failure to abide by our guidelines may result in a family member needing to pick up a student early and bring them home.
3) Students will have access to mobile devices during the car ride. Once we arrive at Camp Lebanon, phones MUST be turned off and put away. Families needing to connect with their student during the retreat may do so through Jason and/or Becky. Please discuss this with your student(s).
4) I give permission for my student's picture to be taken and shared within Valley's church family.
5) I will be responsible for step 2 of the registration process, following the email I will recieve to register my student(s) with Camp Lebanon as well
